      Production materials: Inside text pages are offset printed in black ink on 60 lb. white vellum paper. Front cover is full-color process on 12 pt. coated stock with durable laminated surface.
      Imprint colors: Black only
      Artwork preparation and typesetting: Prices include camera-ready or digitally-supplied black and white artwork.
      Accepted media: Mac or PC formatted floppy disks, CD-ROM or by e-mail in native Quark, Illustrator or Photoshop formats, as well as TIFF, EPS or JPEG formats.

   Proofs and approvals

      Fax proof: Provided for cover and personalized
                       information page.
      Order acknowledgement: By mail after order receipt.
      Less than minimum: Not available.

   Production and shipping

      Production time: Two weeks.
