    Artwork preparation and typesetting: Prices include camera-ready or digitally-supplied black and white artwork.

    Accepted media: Mac or PC formatted floppy disks, CD-ROM or by e-mail in native Quark, Illustrator or Photoshop formats, as well as TIFF, EPS or JPEG formats.
